Cookies
In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called ”cookies“ on some pages. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. After the end of the browser session, most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive (”session cookies“). The so-called ”permanent cookies“, on the other hand, remain on your computer and thus enable us to recognise you on your next visit. Our partner companies are not permitted to collect, process, or use personal data via our website by means of cookies.

Google Analytics
This website uses the “Google Analytics” service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyse website usage by users. The service uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. Under the terms of the data sharing agreement between the website operators and Google Inc., Google Inc. uses the information collected to evaluate website usage and activity and to provide services relating to internet usage. You have the option of preventing the cookie from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.
Furthermore, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com
Alternatively, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you within this website by clicking on this link. By clicking on the above link, you will download an “opt-out cookie”. Your browser must therefore allow cookies to be stored. If you delete your cookies regularly, you will need to click on the link again each time you visit this website. Data protection for applications and in the application procedure
The data controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application procedure. The processing may also take place electronically. This is the case in particular if an applicant sends relevant application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by email. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents are automatically deleted 6 months after the notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller oppose such deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). Rights of the user: information, correction and deletion. You as a user will receive information about which personal data has been stored about you free of charge upon your request. Provided that your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data blocked or deleted.
